Should computer code be protected speech? by Arcanum 2006-11-19 12:55:59
Here Naruki asserts that it shouldn't be, but that it should still fall under copyright and/or patent protection. I happen to disagree, but I'll let hir make hir complete point first. BTW, I may not be around to participate a whole lot. Roadrunner is being cranky, and I'm currently on my laptop somewhere other than home.
