What happened to Afghanistan?
If it was a pile of rubble before the US campaign it was a pile of dust afterwards.
(Even though USA previously gave the Talibans 245 million dollars in aid during 2000-2001. I wonder where that went?)

How much is spent on rebuilding that country compared to the war effort?
I haven't heard anything about what's being done there since the war.
If all they leave behind is misery, terrorist organizations can soon harvest a new crop of young, willing madmen.
