When _clearly_ public personalities are obviously in public, then they could be photographed. But if they are standing on private property, then no. But in this case (or in the Pam & Tommy video case), the perpetrators should be punished. Stealing (and that's what was done) someone's private items and publishing them is a clear invasion of privacy. ALL media guilty of that should be punished.
