Intent and circumstances matter. If you're running around waving it in the faces of little girls, you're just a pervert. If you're not flaunting it (grabbing it and waving it around, for instance) and it's part of you making some relevant point ("we shouldn't be ashamed of our bodies", for instance), then you might have a leg to stand on.
