In my office area, I have two duplex outlets (4 plugs total). Into those 4 plugs I have power bars feeding:
  • 2 desktop PCs
  • 1 - 2 Big Old Monitors
  • 1 - 2 laptops
  • 2 sets of powered speakers
  • 1 - 3 printers
  • 1 scanner
  • 1 Zip drive
  • 1 cablemodem
  • 1 router/switch
  • 1 CD player
  • 1 tube light
  • 1 spot lamp
  • 1 heat rock
  • 1 20-year-old TV
  • 1 VCR
  • 1 PlayStation
Every time my fridge kicks on, all the lights flicker and the speakers pop. I'm glad hydro is covered by my rent. :p
