*"£&$ Linksys *@##_!!! by Evil_Andy 2003-04-24 07:17:30
I'm annoyed.

I spent £110 on a Linksys WRT54G Wireless Broadband router only to find when it arrived in the post this morning that it doesn't have an inbuilt ADSL modem. It would have been nice of them to mention in the description or the reviews of this thing that it doesn't contain one because its absolutely useless to me without it.

I could get an ethernet ADSL modem, but I've had a look around and I can't find one for less than £75 and what's more it turns out that none of them are guaranteed to work with the Linksys anyway. Time to send it back and exchange it for a real broadband router...
