I have ordered several items from Campmor in the past, here in the U.S., and never had any complaints. I haven't needed any camping/hiking gear in a long time, but when I ordered my internal frame backpack in '96, the person on the phone was fairly well-informed about the product, it arrived quickly, and in good shape.
When I worked for a summer camp that was built around taking children for 3- and 4-day hikes in the blue ridge mountains, most of the staff had gotten at least some of their equipment from Campmor. |
