After I set him up for a replacement shipment, I told him he'd have to take the cover off the case to swap them out. He said he couldn't do that. I launched into my rah-rah speech of how anyone with a screwdriver and average manual dexterity could accomplish this task with no problem. Then he told me he was a paraplegic or quadraplegic, I don't exactly remember which. It was all I could do to refrain from asking if he had a monkey that could use a screwdriver. Instead, I told him to call a friend over when his new video card came in and call us back.
