I rang them and inquired, very politely, "What in seven shades of Hell have you done with my money?"

And they said "We re-allocated how much you are allowed, and you haven't told us how much of it you want."

There was a good reason for that - they never asked.
Although I really would like to know why in hell they changed the figure - it dropped by £500, which is like half my computer (or 2/3 of my car insurance)
They wouldn't tell me when I asked!
