Fnar fnar. ahem Seriously, I'm a good tech, and where possible, despite the fact that the goal of outsourced helpdesk is to have the custs cost your company as little as possible (ie get em off the phone fast and avoid replacing any hardwar) I do actually do my best to help the customers. I miss the guys I worked with as much as the satisfaction of solving a cust's issue.
