...would have been the american who called me at 4am under the impression that I was the Ministry of Defence. The worst tech support call I ever took... well I dunno about worst, but I'm proud of it in a twisted sort of way. As with many of my more memorable calls, it's listed on techtales. I'll give the list if anyone's interested. But, with no further ado, The Bad Command Or Filename Key Man
