It shouldn't be possible to poke a 3-phase line.

Anything like that should be protected to IP 20 at least!

(IP 2x: Protected against access to hazardous parts with a finger. The test finger, 12 mm (0.472 in.) in diameter, with a length of 80 mm (3.150 in.), must be a sufficient distance from hazardous parts. Protected against solid foreign bodies 12.5 mm (0.492 in.) in diameter and above. The object probe, a ball with a diameter of 12.5 mm (0.492 in.), must not penetrate fully)
