so I use the fire.
Personally I like spicy hot stuff.
At w*** we had a chili day. Several people brought their chili in. One guy put 1 tablespoon of Daves' insanity sauce in his crockpot of chili. Had people with rosie red faces from it. But the chili was all gone in no time.
I guess there is a limit though. At the company chili cook off ( for Kidney Foundation ) one guy would add more heat (spicewise) every time someone thought it was OK. By the end of the day it was so hot, you couldn't taste any other persons chili after that.
And no I'm not from the south. Although MO is south of IA.
