.. Exactly a phone call that I received.. It happened last night, as a few people came over for dinner.

There was an awkward silence, and the guy looked at me and said.. 'Peter.. I have a question to ask you..' I said.. 'Okay..' He then asked me.... 'I can't open my emails. Why is that?'

I looked at him..
Asked him 'uuh.. What are the emails that you can't open?' He said 'I don't know..' I asked 'does it give you an error of any sort?' He said, 'I don't know..' I was trying very hard not to laugh..

Then it hit me.. I came to me as a sort of a revelation, and I thought of Mike..

I looked at him and said 'Ooh yes.. I know what you're talking about. I'll be able to write down, step by step, what is wrong with your computer.. I'll do it tonight and email it to you..'

He turned to his wife and said.. 'You see? This is why it is so great to know someone who knows about computers.'
