Question of the Day! by kickstart2006-11-19 12:23:33
Not Tech support but customer by Electric Storm 2003-04-24 00:39:04
called our plant at night. Tech Support for the product ( inline printing press ) were gone.

Tried to direct a maintenance person to check for 120 volts AC on the press. Person obviously didn't know how to use the Radio Shack meter he had. Propably had it in resistance mode, which will kill the meter.

Made me nervous directing a unknowledgable person on a product that has 480 volts AC 3phase in it.
