When I was working tech support, so frequently, I'd ask if there was a kid or teenager around I could speak to, because they are able to speak more than 2 words per minute, and can generally do what I ask. One time... I think only one time, ... a teen called me, but was so panicked and confused that he was completely useless. His mother picked up another phone, and she ended up doing exactly what I told her!
