i never once lost my mouse, the only problem i had (other than the buttons in a game) were batteries logitech's newest wireless mouse is rechargeable, so there goes my biggest complaint... i really missed the freedom that you really do get with no wire you probably wont realize it until after you use a wireless for a long time, but the wore is a big distraction, its always makign the mouse resist movement by a little...
