I got a concussion 30 seconds into the first match of the regional tournament. I wrestled through that, losing because I could barely stand up, much less wrestle, but I tried anyway. I wrestled AGAIN after that, and go kneed in the head in double overtime. It was my senior year, last shot at the state title. That ended it though. The aggrevating thing was that the guy I would have faced in the regional finals did win states.

Oh well, no use crying over spilled milk.

Oh, right, the point of this post was to say that the head injury is not so far from the truth :P
