that is disgusting that their plumbing is like that... and wouldn't they taste it in the water?<shudder> Most that go there are told tho to drink bottled water and I think that is a very old travelers warning that applies to a few places on the globe. I saw on one news broadcast that they figure the original case in china occured from an animal bourne illness that spread to a farmer.
