I would hesitate to call any of them well-educated as well. ;) There is educated and educated. GWB is a graduate of some prestigious institutions and I defy anyone to call him well-educated.

NO, I absolutely do not advocate terrorism as a means of settling anything. But what I am saying is that if people don't attempt to see past the propaganda of "they hate us because we're free" crap, we are never going to solve it. The more you oppress, the more others revolt.

the reason you never see terrorist groups grievances getting diplomatic channel air-time is because they frequently can't get it, or the diplomats simply sidestep/shelve/fudgepack/delay the issues away until everyone is so frustrated they go blow up a bus or something. The diplomats in a majority of situations, are on the take! They are part of the problem the terrorists are trying to address. Their actions are completely reprehensible - and logically understandable if you attempt to put yourself in their shoes.
