things, but not really "master level" at anything. Someone puts you in the "IT expert" pigeonhole, but has no idea that you have a pretty fair knowledge of psychology, for example. I surprised someone that way last night, as well.
It's real simple: when you grow up in youth homes that are reasonably caring, and are smart, the psychology types soon figure out that the best way to counsel you is to teach you pshrinkology, so they can converse in the terminology they are used to.
