which is why my first post started with "I don't know".

I know that I've seen enough harsh reality to know what's going on. I don't know that everyone has. (Particularly I've seen trends in the rising generation to trivialize war and killing)

I think there has to be a balance made that helps everyone to understand that war IS a terrible thing and should be a true last resort.

I also think that there are some principles in life that are worth fighting for and I am grateful to those who protect those priciples with their lives.

So, my original post was to say, blasting blood and guts constantly at me would not be beneficial to me paying attention to what's going on. Complete isolation away from the horror that is war isn't good either.... Like I said... I don't know... but there must be a reasonable balance.
