for a while now... Not really sure, it's been a while since I've been harassed by the police (coincidentally, it's also been a while since I was in TO. hmm...)

Kind of a neat piece of equipment... A nonlethal ranged weapon which can make a reasonably large person fall down and wet their pants. And heaven help anyone wearing metal trauma plates under their jacket :p
