I will fold it in half and eat it that way. if it is "just out of the oven hot" I will eat it with a knife and fork. I am of the opinion that pizza is best eaten after it has spent sufficient time in the refrigerator to be completely cold. I get weird looks when I say that, but its true.. -bailey
