I got my telephone stolen yesterday, and because it is only 5 months old I cannot buy a new telephone and keep my number without having to pay for another subscription in half a tear. I already pay 1000 DKK a month to this company. How come they try to do it as difficult as possible to actually maintain me as a customer. They have taken the word service out of customer service and left me with a lot of sisyphos work. I keep baning my head into the wall. I am starting to consider actually leaving the company with all my subscription ASAP. Why don't they want to keep me as a customer. I am confused.
