need to understand it, but that people WILL assume they are yelling at them, and act accordingly. Chuckle about the weirdness of people in general, and just explain that a simple action like proper capitalization will have the poor dweebs eating out of his/her hand in no time. That's if you care enough about this (l)user to take that much effort with them. Personally, I'd give 'em a near-fatal dose of Adiplomacy!
