Gentoo packages this tree as app-games/winex. It's free as in beer (and is available under the AFPL and LGPL licences depending on component; you should read their EULA.), but some stuff needed for out of the box running is under an NDA -- and they fear the DMCA -- so it's not included in the CVS tree.
