It has a nice cadence and a good balance of vowels and consonants. I first heard it said by W. C. Fields and he could make most any word a "euphonious appellation". However you might feel about his dislike of children, affection for alcohol or general curmudgeonliness, you must give him props for his extensive vocabulary.
