Rights come from the Creator. by BuggedEyes2003-04-02 11:38:39

I'm saying that this nation was founded by a group of Christians (with a minority of Deists) with the firm belief that all humanity is given rights by the Creator. Whether all humanity believes in the Creator is of no consequence, as the Creator (as is believed by the Framers) created all men with those rights regardless of belief. Muslims in America have the same rights as those who believe in the Creator because the Framers wanted a nation where all could exercise the freedoms given without fear of suppression.

One's personal belief in God does not mean (in the Framer's eyes) that God didn't create them.
