(and like that's ever made a difference to my ramblings, right?)
but I just can't resist tossing out this "translation".

"First, get their full attention [in your hands], and then their hearts and minds will follow."

I'd love to give due credit for that one, but I can't remember where I first read it. I do remember literally falling out of my chair at the time.
