Again, what are you talking about with point 2? I think all representatives, senators, and the president should represent the majority of those that voted in their district. Since the president's "district" is the entire US, I think that the majority should elect the president. The location of the voters should not matter. Just because you live in a state that has a low population density doesn't mean that your vote should count more than someone else's.
