what is lack of knowledge?

Education is not the same as knowledge. You can be well educated and still ignorant.

And don't get me started on the difference between lack of knowledge and lack of reasoning. Or lack of debating skills.

A good debate consists of (at least) two people with enough knowledge to be dangerous, possessing the reasoning power to provide logical bases for their statements, the flexibility to accept new data, and the discrimination to know when they are using facts, and when they are using opinions.

Of course, since people of similar intelligence, possessing the same general base of facts, will tend to draw the same conclusions, such a debate may not occur - a general agreement is more likely.

So -- just how intelligent ARE you?
