I still have my head. by Khaar 2006-11-19 12:55:59
Related to this.
I had a talk with my boss. There are still some issues open, but I call it a good progress. He was already aware of some problems and has agreed to no longer be a project manager and if we can find a replacement CTO, he'll give up that function too and become CEO only. Wait till the guys hear about this!

It's still in question who and (more importantly) when will be the new CTO and my boss will have to learn some discretion, but I'd say it went good. Eh, he likes to forget things, so slow's the way to do it. Since we have no active CEO at the time, most organizational rearrangements will have to wait for now. I am however worried about the new project manager he's bringing in... How long will it take to break her in? And where are we supposed to put her? All desks and computers are already occupied. I guess the conference room is doomed to become a new office. And where to put the unknown CTO then? It seems that there's still a lot of work to do here.

One way or another, I'm happy with the progress.
