should look like :
<< all black, with a tempting option to inverse colour >>
<< oh, i almost forgot this "mymachine:/p> " appearing in either white, gray, amber or green >>
You see, i really LOVED this apple-][ screen, crisp and clear. If you emulate it on today's color monitors, many are tempted to "inverse colors", making it amber (or green) with the text in black.
Never mind, you'll find it works for you, and it'll give you a touch of "wizarddom" if windows-freaks see you working at such a screen.
Hey, don't whine! It's just a wallpaper: you know how to hide your "windows" and "look busy at the prompt" when Stef & C° enter the room.
That's what wallpapers are for, and to justify the expense of power-screencards of course. In the real admin-world (be it IT administration, or just paperwork govt administration) the w**k is done elsewhere. |
