need for guitar tech support by sketcher 2003-03-07 21:35:03
i just got some new strings and swapped em so that i can play my guitar lefty- since i am a lefty, and i cant play worth crap right handedly
so the installation of the new strings (my first... the guitar is over a year old, i know- i should have gotten some new strings already, but se la vie (say the old folks (it goes to show you never can tell))) but the little e is sounding very weak
whats up with that?
would it have to do something with how that piece that holds the strings in position has the channels at the approx width of the string?
and since now the little e has all that squirmin room, its just going to sound lame
could that be it?
or do i just need to adjust the trucks
or turn them around
hell... i dunno
