one the one hand you claim you're being discriminated against. On the other you say

Exactly. I couldn't say it better myself. The 'white males are discriminated against' argument is the ultimate in whining. Proponents of this argument are basically upset that they're not at the head of the line anymore, but might actually have to let someone else go ahead of them.

Even if a WM misses out on one job due to affirmative action, there are still dozens out there that he's more likely to get. But that's not good enough, noooooo . . . one disappointment is more than a white man should have to bear.
