I'm not from America, so please explain that to me..

If I understand this correct, you can vote without actually stating who you are? That sounds quite ridiculous to me. So I could just vote the US president in one town and then again in another town?

Ok, suppose I understand it right, there probably are "voting notifications" to make sure, everyone can only vote once.. that means, that I can just steal peoples voting notifications and then vote several times?

Sorry, I don't mean to offend anyone as this seems to be a controversial topic.. but I just don't get it!
