It says nothing about my nationality. It doesn't have my SSN on it for some reason. It gives my sex, weight, and eye color, but skipped my hair color. My birthdate and home address is on it. My fingerprint and photo are on it. Thank goodness they left off my phone number - I don't need voting registrars calling me up for dates. Now, from either the photo or by looking at me they can tell race, but not citizenship. And I know plenty of foreigners who have driver's licenses. Can foreigners vote?
