When you transfer files your system may use by default the authentication of your login account to authenticate on the other server. But Admin will not normally authenticate in that fashion and is generally limited for non-logged-in remote services to limit hacker access to Admin accounts. Use a non-admin account that is on both systems to do the transfer in the scheduler and it should work in non-logged in mode.
