And if they let it last beyond the first few minutes, then f*** 'em!

Try telling that to a child or an adolescent!! Those "first few minutes" can be crushing! If a surgical procedure that makes them look normal (not "augmented") can be done safely, all power to them!

I don't disagree that the value of an individual should have nothing to do with their physical appearance, but our opinions have absolutely zip to do with reality.
