Trying to describe a car noise	by Route	2003-03-07 08:13:36

A plastic covering came loose and was dragging. At first the faster I drove the louder the noise as the piece was being forced into the road. Later, as the piece started to tear off, the plastic would be bend backward and not touch the ground at all until I slowed down. Finally the plastic broke off and I was rid of the noise.
