Try 19, 21 on a good day, here in the NY Metro area, communications capital of the world and all around great place to live. Not a cable modem in site, the branch exchange is 10 miles away, and the trees around my house prevent even satelite, and the cable TV company is in enough debt that I can understand why they are not quick to add it here. Beside, they're allready as busy as can be competing to get the customers who could also get DSL, in order to try to win the battle. I'm a captive (potential) customer.
