What version of linux? by cmantito 2003-03-07 06:26:45
THIS IS NOT A DISTRO WAR!

I need a reccomendation on what version (probably an older version) of Linux I could run on an IBM ThinkPad 560 with a 120 Mhz Pentium, 24 Megs of ram, 810 meg HD, no CD rom drive, and a couple of PCMCIA adapters for networks and 802.11B stuff.

So, in short, I need an older, smallish, Linux distro, that can support PCMCIA, be installed off of floppies, and supports X.

Advice is seriously needed.
