I put off doing stuff so horribly. When I have stuff that needs to get done, I distract myself by doing other things of lesser importance until the problem snowballs. Every time I procrastinate, I vow not to do it again, but it's so easy to fall back into bad habits. I need to give myself a stern talking-to regularly. Unfortunatley, I'd probably put that off too. AAARGGGHHHHH!
