let's look at the statement "where does that other road take me?" (suppose the 'other' road leads you to the village) truthful: to the village lier: to nowhere (he must lie) (suppose the 'other' road does not lead to the village) truthful: to nowhere lier: to the village (he must lie again) so. .. does it really tell you where to go ? you get same answers, and you don't know who is who.
