Probably not, because you seem to be hypersensitive to a total non-issue, rather than attacking little kids who are related indirectly to an actual issue. But it still smacks strongly of self-righteous morality. There was NOTHING inherently denigrating of the soldiers of either army in those pictures. Calling one a "genetically modified super soldier" is not derogatory. It may be a sly attack on the morality of the leader who would cause such things to be done to his people, but it doesn't insult the soldier at all. Maybe the whole idea of humorous political satire is just uncomfortable to you?
