Not by the definition of fact, anyway: something which can be proven or disproven. You can't proven that a "sinful nature" exists. Hell, you can't even define it clearly enough to get other Christians to agree with your definition. It falls squarely under the heading of "belief". Furthermore, it is a belief that - once again - flies in the face of logic. If we have free will, then we should be able to choose what we do. Being born guilty has already robbed us of that.
