Which is the better freeOS: LINUX or NetBSD... by anymouse2003-02-27 12:23:29
No troll, and not hungry... by anymouse 2003-02-27 13:29:50
Okay, could have stated the HUGE condition more clearly :-)
I want to run it on a INIDGO, which is not that much supported (opposed to SGI Indy or Indigo 2); therefore my condion is: Can I get it run at all, which has the better initial position, and which community give the better support.
So arguments like "Y has better memory management" will cease in the light of "Does it offer more than serial console support?" or "Is there a chance to get it run at all?"
So no troll, need no feedings...
But serious question... and expectiong few usable answers.
