| The article mentions that were specific incidents of documented harassment. That sounds "singled out" to me. Also, not all Americans expect others to raise their children for them. However, few parents can home-school and feed their children both (working takes time, so does home-schooling). Almost all other countries send their kids to school. I don't expect the teachers to cram opinions down my kids' throats. I expect them to teach them facts and let them form their own opinions. I will provide moral guidance and other facts to my children. They will either accept my guidnace or reject it. In any event, they will form their own opinions.
Not all Americans are "worhtless sacks of biomass" and as an American I take offense to that remark. That is like saying "all French are rude frogs". While some French may be rude, that doesn't justify that remark. I hope you can find a way to express yourself without disparaging every decent person in a group. |
