an argument to analyze for validity by DennisMV2003-02-27 12:36:59

On who woman C is. I wouldn't continue discussing pornography if it were a total stranger, nor would I continue discussing it if woman C were a friend or accquaintance who I knew is offended by the subject. If it were a good friend who is open minded, I would feel perfectly comfortable discussing the issue.

Also I would consider the context in which the discussion took place, Americans being the abyssmally lawsuit happy people that they are. I certainly would drop the subject if it were at work. Nothing looks quite so bad as being dismissed from a job on an account of "sexual harassment". Again, in a friendly context, I'd feel more comfortable.
